Built on two levels, this fully air-conditioned 230m2 villa can accommodate up to 12 people. You'll find the living rooms on the garden level, opening onto the terrace, as well as two bedrooms and a bathroom. The second floor boasts 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, all with sea views.
Outside, you'll appreciate the different areas laid out, whether in the garden, on the villa's various terraces, or by the pool and in the sheltered area near the pool, particularly conducive to socializing.
A pétanque court shared with the neighboring villa is also at your disposal, and for the more sporty, electric bicycles are available during your stay.
The icing on the cake: you can rent a 7m boat belonging to the owner and located in the port of Erbalunga. If you don't have a boating license, you can also hire a larger boat (14m) with skipper.
