The Casalino concept was born when I was involved in the rental of our family chalet in Serre-Chevalier, in the Southern Alps.It was 2016 and, at the time, few options existed. So I rediscovered the chalet of my childhood, built to the highest standards, drowned out on rental platforms amidst other properties with no charm or soul.

In parallel, I spent a summer criss-crossing and rediscovering France; I marveled at the diversity of landscapes and the richness of our architectural heritage.

These two experiences gave birth to an idea: to create a rental site with a demanding, confidential selection of favorite places, with no precise specifications.
