You'll find the living rooms on the garden level, opening onto the fully equipped covered terrace. The three double bedrooms are located on the 1st and 2nd floors. Treated like hotel suites, they are equipped with quality bedding, a study area, dressing room, en-suite bathroom and terrace with view.
The whole place is air-conditioned, and you'll also benefit from the services of an on-site concierge, so you'll feel like you're in a hotel, only better!
The icing on the cake: you can rent a 7m boat belonging to the owner and located in the port of Erbalunga. If you don't have a boating license, you can also hire a larger boat (14m) with skipper.
