What happens to my reservation request?

When you make an inquiry on our site via the booking form, we check with the owners for availability and make sure that the house you have chosen matches your criteria (for example, some houses are not suitable for renting with pets, or others are not suitable for parties).

If the house is available and suits your requirements, we put you in touch with the owners. You'll then sign the rental contract with them to finalize your reservation. At the time of signing, a deposit representing a percentage of the total cost of the stay must be paid. The balance is generally due one or two months before the start of the stay.
How long does it take to get a response to my reservation request?

When you make a request on our website via the booking form, we check with the owners for availability and make sure that the house you have chosen corresponds to your criteria. We will do our best to get back to you as soon as possible following your booking request.

All requests made on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Once your reservation has been confirmed, what happens next?

If the house is available and suits you, we'll put you in touch with the owners by e-mail. It is with them that you will sign the rental contract that will allow you to finalize the booking of the house on the desired dates and at the agreed rate.

At the time of signing the rental contract, a deposit representing a percentage of the total amount of the stay will have to be paid then the balance will be paid generally between one or two months before the beginning of the stay. The owners will receive the rental payments directly, in accordance with the terms of the signed rental contract. No
payment will be requested by Casalino.
Who do I contact once my reservation has been confirmed?

Once your reservation has been confirmed and the rental contract signed, your main contact will be the owner or his representative. He or she will be able to answer your questions and help you organize your stay on site, by providing you with the contact details of his or her partner service providers (for example, if you're looking for a baby-sitter, a home chef, a yoga teacher or a sports coach). Generally, each owner has a welcome booklet with a list of partners and useful addresses in the area where you'll be staying.
