With a surface area of 320 m2 on two levels, it can accommodate up to 10 people. At a height of 9 meters, this rare place was designed with an exterior steel structure, contrasting with interior walls clad in larch wood and a waxed concrete floor, all in oversized proportions and a resolutely minimalist approach. The living rooms follow one another lengthwise, blending into the landscape and offering panoramic views of the lake from the living room's huge glass façade. The furnishings have been carefully chosen to reflect the architect's minimalist style: you'll find the largest designer pieces, very little furniture in the bedrooms, and bathrooms with Le Corbusier's signature colors and mosaics. The five double bedrooms are spacious and warm. With their larch wood walls, the ambience is soft and inviting. Outside, you'll enjoy a wooded garden opening onto a private pontoon, from which you can take a boat or paddle board out on the lake.
